Security Officers - Summer Camp

At Cardinal Point Security Group, we don’t hire guards—we recruit Professional Guardians. We are seeking disciplined, mission-driven individuals for an $18/hour Unarmed Security Officer role in Stroudsburg, PA. This is a high-trust safety position, not a generic post, designed for the Quiet Professional who can balance tactical readiness with calm mentorship, sound judgment, and restraint.



Location: Stroudsburg, PA



Pay: $18.00 per hour



Dates: June 14 to August 18, 2026


Shifts:


6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

The Mission

Serve as a trusted safety partner in a summer camp environment—maintaining a safe, calm, and violence-free campus while building credibility with campers, staff, and administrators. Strong officers project confidence without fear, de-escalate conflict early, stay composed under pressure, and respond decisively when required.



What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a professional presence and conduct proactive campus patrols
  • Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions
  • Act as a capable first responder during emergencies
  • Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
  • Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence



Requirements

  • Minimum five years of Security experience
  • Military, or law enforcement, or school security experience is preferred
  • Ability to obtain required K‑12 clearances
  • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor
  • No disqualifying criminal history
