What You'll Do

  • Provide specialized Hematology and Oncology care across the healthcare system
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Lead clinical programs, research initiatives, and academic activities
  • Mentor early-career investigators and support faculty development
  • Oversee the integration and expansion of oncology services within multiple hospitals and clinics
  • Maintain a clinical practice (~25%) to stay actively involved in patient care
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the division
  • Support graduate medical education and fellowship training
  • Participate in clinical trials, research, and population health initiatives
  • Work with administrative and clinical leadership to enhance cancer care delivery

What You Need

Required:
  • Hematology/Oncology fellowship completion
  • Medical license in Michigan
  • Proven experience in Hematology/Oncology leadership
  • Excellent clinical, research, and communication skills
Preferred:
  • Experience overseeing faculty and clinical programs in an academic or large health system setting
  • Leadership roles such as Vice Chair, Program Director, or Division Head
  • Experience with Epic EMR system
  • Eligibility or support for H1B visa
