General Summary of Position:

As Sales Director, Business Development, you will lead and inspire a high-performing wireless sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and unit targets. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a sales team focused on wireless new business acquisition. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong communication skills, strategic vision, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Oversee daily operations of the wireless sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Lead a team of wireless sales representatives to prospect and sell to new business customers.
  • Demonstrate high energy, positivity, leadership, and excellent communication skills in guiding the team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs; implement corrective actions to address shortfalls in pipeline and monthly quota.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and motivate the team.
  • Ensure compliance with Granite's CRM requirements in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (customer support, engineering, PMO) to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and service delivery.
