Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day treasury function with a focus on safeguarding corporate cash and investment assets while ensuring efficient liquidity across custody and trust accounts.
  • Manage banking relationships, custodians, trustees, and other external financial partners while identifying opportunities to improve treasury operations and banking efficiency.
  • Oversee collateral management, margin movements, funding activities, and liquidity forecasting to support ongoing investment operations.
  • Monitor credit facilities, pledged collateral, borrowing capacity, and capital deployment strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and financial flexibility.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Investments, Accounting, Risk, and Legal to support treasury initiatives, regulatory compliance, and strategic projects.
  • Assist with treasury technology initiatives, including implementation and optimization of treasury management systems designed to automate banking connectivity and reporting.
  • Support executive reporting requirements for senior leadership, Board materials, regulators, and external rating agencies.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, governance, and operational processes to protect corporate assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive Treasury experience
  • Direct experience managing custody and trust accounts
  • Strong understanding of liquidity management, treasury operations, investment operations, and asset servicing
  • Experience working with custodians, trustees, banking partners, or financial institutions
  • Prior leadership or management experience
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
