THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SALES AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT COACH

THE SCHEDULE:

This schedule requires a minimum of 40 hours per week and being available to the team whenever needed.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Sales and Service Development Coach, your role involves lead management, hands-on coaching for the sales team, conducting weekly meetings, tracking progress against sales plans and KPIs, and aligning sales efforts with production goals. You also focus on hiring and onboarding new sales and service technicians, fostering a high-performing sales culture, and creating an environment that thrives on continuous improvement and exceptional service.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent on-the-job experience)
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Basic understanding of gross margin as it relates to the HVAC field
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior management experience is a plus
  • HVAC industry-specific experience is a plus but not required
