What You'll Do
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas of the business, observing and understanding operations to provide continuous improvement for optimizing efficiency and order book health.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with planning, transportation, account, and channel contacts, as well as internal cross-functional partners.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service.
  • Experience working on dedicated accounts and with sales representatives.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong time-management skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Goal and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
