In this role, you will become a subject matter expert, diving deep into business operations to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize the health of the order book. You'll be instrumental in shaping business decisions, championing strategic initiatives, and ensuring crystal-clear communication throughout the supply chain for both internal teams and external partners. Your work will be critical in maintaining high performance metrics and achieving ambitious monthly shipment goals, all while collaborating across various functions to deliver unparalleled customer service excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas of the business, observing and understanding operations to provide continuous improvement for optimizing efficiency and order book health.
  • Monitor critical performance metrics to enhance service delivery and inform business decisions.
  • Provide relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities for partners.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with planning, transportation, account, and channel contacts, as well as internal cross-functional partners.
  • Communicate effectively through report interpretation, data visualization tools, and direct interaction (phone/email).
  • Ensure quality, timely, and relevant information is available to drive clarity and visibility within the supply chain for both internal and external partners.
  • Deliver customer service excellence through quick response times via email and phone.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and support operational partner projects.
  • Influence business decisions and support the monthly shipment goal-setting process.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service.
  • Experience working on dedicated accounts and with sales representatives.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong time-management skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Goal and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Prior experience in the consumer goods, retail, or supply chain operations industry.
