Job description

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role will focus heavily on Shopify website management, digital advertising, and ecommerce growth initiatives across Google and Meta platforms.

The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly organized with hands-on experience managing ecommerce storefronts and digital ad campaigns. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding a growing premium food brand’s online presence and customer acquisition efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Management

  • Manage and maintain Shopify storefront, including product setup, collections, merchandising, and promotional updates
  • Optimize website content, navigation, and customer experience to improve conversion rates
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and landing pages
  • Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and recommend improvements

Digital Advertising

  • Assist in developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and ROAS
  • Help develop ad copy, creative direction, and promotional messaging
  • Support retargeting, audience building, and customer acquisition strategies

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ecommerce strategy and campaign execution
  • Support email and SMS marketing initiatives
  • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools
  • Stay current on ecommerce and digital marketing trends
  • 2–5 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or DTC brand management
  • Hands-on Shopify experience (required)
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and conversion optimization
  • Comfortable analyzing data and performance metrics independently
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle more than one thing at a time

Nice to have, not required:

  • Experience with food, CPG, or premium consumer brands
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Some graphic design or copywriting experience
  • Experience with subscriptions or DTC fulfillment
