As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging residential customers through door-to-door interactions to promote and sell our internet and phone services. What You'll Do
  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations for internet, phone, and cable services, promoting any one or combination of these offerings to prospective customers within the assigned neighborhoods.
  • Consistently achieve assigned installed sales quotas, focusing on the number of sales, net contribution per sale, and monthly recurring revenue generated.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
  • Maximize opportunities for customers to purchase internet, phone, and cable services.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information while effectively communicating the value of products and services, tailoring sales approaches based on customer profiles and available options.
  • Present product details, service plans, rates, installation fees, promotional campaigns, and special offers clearly, concisely, and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have the flexibility to work non-standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet or exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Door-to-Door sales experience
