Direct Hire Welder – Fabrication Shop
A well-established local fabrication shop in Portersville, PA is seeking an experienced Direct Hire Welder to join their manufacturing team. This role offers steady daytime hours, fully paid health benefits, and long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of projects
  • Read and fabricate from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Work with ferrous and non-ferrous materials (experience with non-ferrous is a plus)
  • Apply knowledge of mechanics and basic machinery
  • Adapt to changing work scopes in a fast-paced fabrication environment
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and details
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
