Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)
Franklin, IN
Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Paid training on 1st shift until fully trained
Direct Hire | Manufacturing Environment
Pay Structure
  • Maintenance Technician C: $46,000 – $50,000/year
  • Maintenance Technician B: $52,000 – $58,000/year
Placement level will be based on experience in mechanical, electrical, and CNC industrial maintenance systems.
Candidates with stronger CNC or PLC troubleshooting experience may qualify for the higher pay range.

Job Summary
We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility in Franklin, IN. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and production equipment, along with supporting mechanical and electrical systems to ensure uptime and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and production equipment (REQUIRED focus)
  • Maintain mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors, controls)
  • Support automated equipment and production systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Document maintenance work and repairs
  • Support facility equipment such as compressors and conveyors
Required Experience
  • Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on CNC machine maintenance or troubleshooting experience (REQUIRED)
  • Mechanical troubleshooting (hydraulics and pneumatics)
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Preventive maintenance experience
  • Ability to read schematics or technical drawings
Preferred Experience
  • PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley or similar)
  • Welding or fabrication experience
