Position Summary: We are hiring licensed, Qualified Healthcare Professionals (QHPs) to provide personalized DIR Floortime therapy in home-based settings. This position offers flexible hours, competitive compensation, and optional employee benefits for full-time W-2 staff.

Position Summary:
We are actively seeking Licensed Qualified Healthcare Professionals (QHPs) to join our growing clinical team and provide personalized DIR Floortime therapy to children and families in home-based settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, supportive leadership, and meaningful work that changes lives.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one DIR Floortime therapy sessions in the client’s home

• Conduct initial assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans

• Provide family coaching and support for skill generalization

• Submit session notes within 48 hours

• Maintain professionalism and ensure parent/guardian is present at every session

• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Active NJ license as one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or similar

• MUST obtain a QHP license (option for QHP license reimbursement for full-time employees)

• DIR Floortime experience or willingness to train in the model • Strong interpersonal skills and professional ethics

• Ability to travel locally for in-home sessions

• Reliable documentation habits and comfort with digital systems Compensation & Employment Options:

• Pay: $90 – $120/hour

• Employment: W-2 or 1099 available

• Full-time W-2 employees (32+ hours/week) are eligible for:
