Dining Director:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Dining Service Director to join our team.

Dining Director Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff in accordance with Peregrine Senior Living (PSL) policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Assist in the development of the annual Dining Services operating budget.

  • Order and maintain adequate food and dining department supplies in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Serve as the liaison for all aspects of Dining Services within the community.

  • Ensure meals are prepared according to approved menus and standardized recipes, while maintaining high standards for nutrition, quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Manage the entire food service program, ensuring cleanliness, quality, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Dining Director Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of food service and staff management experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality meal service while maintaining cost control.

  • Associate degree or higher in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Service Administration, or a related field preferred.
