The mission of the Digital Technology department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient, and scalable technology solutions that align with our strategic, business and technology goals.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Digital Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving digital technology solutions that support Aritzia's business. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, you will translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, acting as a liaison between Technology and business partners while supporting requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of digital systems and platforms. THE ROLE
As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, you will:
  • Discover and evaluate technology opportunities that address business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and technical specifications.
  • Configure, integrate, and validate technology solutions across systems and platforms.
  • Execute testing activities to ensure solution quality, performance, and readiness.
  • Coordinate releases and support the successful deployment of technology solutions.
  • Monitor solution performance and resolve issues to maintain operational stability.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Technology, or a related field.
    • Gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
    • Configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
    • Working with system integrations, data flows, APIs, and interconnected applications.
    • Creating solution documentation, process flows, user stories, and test artifacts.
    • Knowledge of software delivery methodologies and solution lifecycle management practices.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
