The Digital Technology team at BitGo is at the core of enabling secure, scalable innovation across the company. We're looking for driven, high-impact individuals who are passionate about technology, take true ownership of their work, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. As a key member of the DT team, you'll play a critical role in supporting BitGo's growth, security, and operational excellence. This is a fully onsite role, offering the opportunity to work closely with teammates and cross-functional partners in real time, drive hands-on technical initiatives, and make an immediate impact. Flexibility for occasional after-hours support is required to help maintain seamless operations in our dynamic, global environment.
This role will require being full-time onsite at our New York office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve requests regarding IT systems issues and enhancements, leveraging analytical skills to diagnose root causes, implement timely and effective solutions, and drive continuous improvements through system modifications and process enhancements.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access control, and secure deactivation of systems and devices.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools, ensuring compliance with security policies and asset management standards.
  • Hands-on experience administering Okta, including lifecycle management, SSO integrations (SCIM/SAML/OIDC), group-based access controls.
  • Administer, enhance, and support IT systems and applications (e.g., Entra ID, MDM, and SaaS-based tools) to ensure seamless integration, optimize workflows, and improve user productivity.
  • Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and other network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Audio/Video systems for conference rooms.
  • Configure, install, and monitor IT systems, maintain accurate inventory and asset records, and document best practices, ensuring all incidents, service requests, and changes are logged effectively.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role in a global company.
  • 2+ Years of experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints and their MDM platforms (e.g. Jamf, and Intune).
  • Experience leading IT onboarding calls, guiding new hires through system setup, security requirements, and access configuration to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
  • Basic network troubleshooting experience (e.g., LAN, WAN, patch management, etc.).
  • Experience managing and participating in IT projects, collaborating with stakeholders and peers to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes.
  • Experience working in an agile framework such as Jira.
  • Experience working and administrating ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management (JSM) and Freshworks.
  • Administration of Identity Management systems with users and groups.
  • Hardware procurement and asset/inventory management.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
  • Resourceful and analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly research and resolve technical issues.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to effectively prioritize incoming requests, alerts, and tasks in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
  • Experience implementing AI-driven solutions and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Proficient with GAM (Google Apps Manager).
  • Working knowledge of multiple operating systems, including Linux and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with SAML-based authentication and automated provisioning for Okta integrations.
  • Familiarity with Zero-Trust security principles and access restriction policies.
  • Familiarity with Okta Workflows.
  • Experience managing physical access control systems (e.g., key fobs, biometric card readers).
  • Certification in the technologies mentioned above is a plus.
  • BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
