As a Digital Product Manager Sr. within PNC's MarTech and Digital Experience organization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of PNC.com-our enterprise digital storefront. This role may be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL.
The position serves as a strategic digital experience leader and Retail Banking representative during our endeavor to continue to transform PNC.com as best in class digital platform for our clients.
What You'll Do:
You will act as a strategic partner for between our MarTech team and Retail Banking, helping guide how consumer banking experiences are envisioned, designed, and delivered on PNC.com. Working closely with Marketing, Design, Technology, Line of Business partners and digital agency, you will focus on defining what experiences should be built and why, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enterprise strategy.
You will contribute to the reimagining of PNC's digital experiences and the underlying capabilities that power them, helping shape decisions during updates to PNC.com and the ongoing evolution of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Retail Banking throughout the discovery, planning, and design of PNC.com enhancements.
Partner with Marketing and Line of Business leaders to:
o Identify strategic and scalable use cases for digital experiences and personalization.
o Ensure Retail priorities are clearly articulated and reflected in enterprise digital decisions.
o Identify competitive gaps that can be closed
Translate business objectives into endtoend digital journeys, guiding and identifying how Adobe Experience Manager delivers meaningful, personalized experiences.
Collaborate with Design and Development teams to ensure digital experiences deliver on strategic intent, not just functional requirements.
Apply design thinking, testandlearn methodologies, and performance analytics to evaluate experience effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market trends to inform recommendations and influence experience roadmaps.
Facilitate intake, briefing, and alignment conversations, ensuring clarity across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Ensure digital experiences meet operational, regulatory, and risk requirements in partnership with governance teams and can be executed at scale.

  • Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
  • Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development.
  • Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
