Job description

What Will You Be Doing?


  • Own the Hollister style hub program and lead the day-to-day management and long-term evolution of the Hollister Style Hub creator ambassador program.
  • Develop strategies to recruit, engage, retain, and activate creator ambassadors across key customer segments and markets.
  • Drive membership growth while maintaining a highly engaged and authentic creator community.
  • Establish annual and seasonal program roadmaps aligned to brand priorities and key business moments.
  • Responsible for creator community & relationship management
  • Serve as the primary lead point of contact for Style Hub members, fostering strong relationships and a sense of belonging within the community.
  • Create meaningful experiences that strengthen brand affinity and encourage ongoing advocacy.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential creators, helping them grow into long-term Hollister ambassadors.
  • Develop tiered recognition, rewards, and incentive programs that increase participation, retention, and advocacy.
  • Responsible for content & campaign activation by activating Style Hub members in support of key brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments.
  • Develop briefs, challenges, content opportunities, and creator activations that inspire authentic storytelling.
  • Partner with Social Media, Creative, PR, Paid Affiliate, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure Style Hub creators are incorporated into integrated marketing plans.
  • Source creator-generated content that can be leveraged across Hollister-owned channels.
  • Responsible for developing advocacy, referral & affiliate growth strategy
  • Drive creator participation in affiliate and referral programs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase creator-driven traffic, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution.
  • Develop strategies that encourage creators to become advocates both online and within their local communities and campuses.
  • Partner with affiliate teams to optimize creator storefront participation and commission-based opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of creator-focused experiences, events, brand trips, and exclusive access opportunities.
  • Integrate Style Hub creators into tentpole activations, campus initiatives, and experiential programs.
  • Create opportunities for creators to connect with each other and deepen relationships with the brand.
  • Lead reviews and approvals of influencer content ensuring deliverables are brand-right and adheres to FTC guidelines. 
  • Responsible for executing legal contracts with agencies & vendors

Insights & Reporting


  • Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness, including membership growth, engagement, content creation, referrals, affiliate contribution, and brand advocacy.
  • Analyze creator behavior and community performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting and insights that demonstrate business impact.
  • Continuously test and optimize engagement strategies, incentives, and program structure.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure the brands stay at the forefront of creator community marketing


What Do You Need To Bring?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field or relevant experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in creator advocacy marketing, preferably for large lifestyle / fashion brands 
  • 3+  years of experience with program development/management, with creator community or ambassador programs preferred 
  • Experience managing an external agency vendor/partner preferred 
  • High level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities 
  • Proven ability to analyze abstract data to build a comprehensive story about product or content performance 
  • Very strong project management skills (including timeline development/management, budget) 
  • Collaborative team player, able to rally cross-functional team members to work effectively and efficiently together 
  • Strong relationship development/management and written/verbal communication skills 
  • High familiarity with integrated marketing disciplines (advertising, media, content, social, digital/e-comm, direct, CRM, PR, activation/events, in-store, etc.) 
  • Consistent engagement with marketing industry and its best practices (e.g. industry media, involvement in industry organizations/events, awareness of industry trends) 
  • Superb presentation skills and comfortable ideating/presenting ideas with all levels of an organization (up to/including C-level)
