With a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning, a dynamic environment, access to business leaders, and an encouraging team of co-workers, peers, and supervisors, the Internship Program will provide you the opportunity to sharpen your skills and collaborate on a number of strategic projects. We’re seeking a Sales Intern to join our business in North America during the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exposure to the Avery Dennison business and our customer base

  • Work cross-functionally to gain business insights and exposure to various aspects of the business

  • Learn our go to market sales strategy and customer segmentation

  • Develop key skills: Build skills in areas such as project management, relationship management, customer engagement, time management and negotiation

  • Potential project leader for enhancing commercial effectiveness or best practice

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Sales Certificate or Sales Program preferred)

  • Previous internship/co op experience or relevant work experience (a plus)

  • Google suite knowledge, natural curiosity, and interest in continuous learning

  • Experience via student organizations, such as Alpha Kappa Psi, Association of Latino Professionals of America, Multicultural Business Association, etc., or volunteerism/similar activities

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work 

  • No sponsorship available now or in the future


Additional Information

The hourly salary for this position is $22 - $27 /hour based off where you are at academically.

The hourly rate above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
