Overview

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to lead the digital strategy and operations for a beauty client, acting as the client's day-to-day digital lead within a senior account team.

The role combines a full-funnel vision with direct ownership of channels such as paid social, programmatic, OLV, and display, working in synergy with other media within the mix, including retail media and offline channels.

You will work closely with client teams, media partners, and digital stakeholders, as well as internal specialist teams and the client's global account team.

The role also includes supervising a team of digital planners. Strong leadership, results orientation, and the ability to manage complex environments with autonomy and strategic judgment are highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day digital relationship with the client, acting as both operational and strategic point of contact and ensuring proactive, results-driven execution.
  • Contribute to the design of integrated digital media strategies with a full-funnel approach, ensuring alignment between investment, channels, and outcomes in line with the client's business objectives.
  • Oversee the development, tracking, and optimization of media plans, ensuring KPIs, budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate internal specialist teams and external partners, ensuring aligned execution and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to the client, translating data into actionable, business-oriented recommendations.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and test & learn initiatives for the account, staying up to date with market trends and platform developments.
  • Lead the operational governance of the account and supervise the digital planning team, ensuring efficient and results-oriented execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • +4 years of experience in a media or advertising agency.
  • Proven experience managing direct client relationships within complex accounts.
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams.
  • Technical knowledge: full-funnel digital media strategic planning. Knowledge of offline media is a plus.
  • Nice to have: experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google DV360, and advanced Excel. Nice to have: Looker Studio, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Analytics.
  • English level B2-C1 for both written and verbal professional communication, including presentations and meetings with international teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate campaign data into business-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership with sound judgment: able to set priorities, develop talent, and drive team performance autonomously.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and motivation to work in high-demand environments.
  • Genuine interest in the luxury and beauty sector and a strong test & learn mindset.
