The Role

The Relationship Manager proposes, initiates, and oversees all loan and deposit programs provided by the company; assures that lending and deposit activities of the company meet the needs of the customers. The Relationship Manager is primarily focused on building Commercial Lending relationships in the assigned market by active networking, establishing relationships with new business prospects, and growing existing customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Loan renewals
  • Loan modifications
  • Administrative extensions (tasks to be shared with Portfolio Managers)
  • Community Involvement (ie. serve on the board of a local non-profit, seat on the Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
  • Relationship management
  • Answering customer questions regarding deposits, loans, digital banking
  • Completion of credit memos, deal structuring, pricing, movement/process on loans to get them through to completion
  • Covenants
  • Review and assembly of data for an annual review of the relationship 

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline is required.
  • Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
