Sales & Relationship Manager

Pillar To Post Home Inspectors – Clear Path Team is seeking a full-time Sales & Relationship Manager to help drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with Realtors, brokerages, mortgage professionals, title companies, and other referral partners throughout the Greater San Antonio and New Braunfels market.

This is a high-engagement, field-based business development role focused on increasing brand awareness, creating meaningful Realtor relationships, and positioning our company as a trusted home inspection resource through professionalism, consistency, education, and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with real estate professionals.

Primary Focus

The Sales & Relationship Manager will be responsible for executing a consistent “ground game” across Realtor office visits, networking events, open house drop-ins, educational presentations, follow-up activity, CRM tracking, and digital relationship support.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, staying organized, and creating long-term business relationships in a relationship-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities (The Ground Game)
  • Field Engagement: Execute a high-volume route of Office Visits (approx. 40 offices weekly), Open House drop-ins (approx. 20 weekly), and consistently attend Realtor Board and BNI Group events (occasional evenings/weekends required).

  • Education & Sales: Plan and deliver Lunch & Learns/educational classes and compelling in-person presentations to showcase our value proposition. Educate real estate professionals on the value of Pillar To Post services, including inspection packages, report quality, communication standards, scheduling convenience, and client support. 

  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct daily high-volume Correspondence (approx. 40+ calls/texts/emails a day) to generate meetings and maintain relationships.

  • Digital Presence: Manage and update the Realtor database and actively engage on Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to support outreach efforts.

  • Strategy & Tracking: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, and diligently track all activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM software.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the real estate, home services, or related B2B industry.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and the roles/responsibilities of Realtors in the closing process.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Discipline: Must be results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently to meet demanding, high-volume activity requirements.

  • Technical: Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline and performance tracking.

  • Availability: Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work outside of standard business hours (evenings/weekends) for networking and event attendance.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within the San Antonio, New Braunfels, or surrounding real estate community.
  • Prior experience as a Realtor, title representative, mortgage professional, business development representative, outside sales representative, or similar relationship-driven role.
  • Familiarity with the residential real estate transaction process.
  • Experience planning or presenting Lunch & Learn sessions, office presentations, networking events, or educational meetings.
  • Strong social media presence or experience using social media for professional networking.
Success Metrics (KPIs)

Performance will be measured by core business drivers:

Compensation

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, and a monthly vehicle allowance.

Estimated total compensation will be based on experience, relationship-building success, and business development performance.
