The Digital Marketing Manager drives growth by integrating performance marketing, brand storytelling, and innovative technology to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue. You will lead a multi-disciplinary department, transforming data-driven insights into global marketing strategies that elevate the brand's digital presence and market share.
What You'll Do
- Manage the strategic execution of a full-funnel media mix, including SEM, Display, Paid Social, CTV/Linear TV, and digital music syndication.
- Direct lifecycle marketing efforts through Email and SMS automation to increase customer lifetime value and brand loyalty.
- Oversee organic social media strategy and influencer partnerships to ensure authentic brand engagement and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate with traditional marketing channels/agency to ensure digital efforts amplify and track the effectiveness of offline placements.
- Analyze cross-channel data to optimize spend, improve attribution accuracy, and meet aggressive ROI and lead generation targets.
- Manage a diverse team of specialists and external partners, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous creative testing.
- Grow and maintain the affiliate marketing program, ensuring high-quality traffic and brand-aligned partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role overseeing multiple direct reports and diverse marketing channels.
- Proven track record of managing complex budgets across both performance and engagement-focused platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a "Blackout" audit or similar deep-dive media waste analysis.
- Advanced certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or e-commerce industries.
