Job description

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $21.50/hr.
Department: LTL
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm
Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.

We are currently looking for Forklift Operators to join our team on 1st Shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment. Whether you've operated forklift before or are brand new to warehouse equipment, we'll provide trainning to get you certified and confident.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by:
  • Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided)
  • Loading and unloading trailers and containers
  • Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
  • Performing putaway of inbound shipments
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures
  • Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area

What You Will Bring
Your background and experience should include:
  • Willingness to learn and work safely
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • No forklift experience required - we will train you

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $21.50/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
