Position Summary:

In this role, your primary responsibility will be operating metal stamping presses to produce quality parts safely and efficiently. Depending on production needs, operators may also assist with brake press operations, assembly work, packaging, quality inspections, and material handling. Previous stamping press experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm, but hours could vary if overtime is needed


What You'll Do

  • Operate stamping presses and related production equipment
  • Perform quality inspections using gauges, calipers, and measuring tools
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Assist with coil changes and press setups as needed
  • Monitor equipment for proper operation and report issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow company safety, quality, and environmental policies
  • Support other manufacturing operations as needed

Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Stamping press experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges is helpful
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
