Job Summary
The Senior Manager, of Journey Optimization Platforms owns the enterprise product strategy and capabilities that deliver personalized customer facing experiences. As part of the Personalization & Enablement Product team, you will be leading key efforts of our decisioning solutions designed to improve customer acquisition, marketing and servicing customer journeys.
Essential Job Functions
  • Lead the enterprise digital optimization and omni-channel orchestration platforms used to activate personalized customer facing experiences inclusive of strategic vendor management oversight. - (40%)
  • Drive the strategic direction of our Test & Learn program and digital placement strategies in close partnership with our senior leadership teams across: Product, Marketing, Analytics, Privacy and Servicing teams. - (20%)
  • Lead and develop a team of internal associates and external 3rd party vendors responsible for the optimization, personalization and activation across all of Bread Financials digital customer facing channels (Web, Acquisition, Mobile, Servicing). - (15%)
  • Provide oversight with the activation of our Web and Mobile Marketing banners via Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer. - (15%)
  • Establish and enforce platform standards, documentation, governance and best practices across internal and external teams. - (10%)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS, IS, MIS, etc.), or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with digital optimization and personalization programs, with deep expertise in Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital data layers, tagging architectures, and cross-channel measurement.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with attribution models, experimentation, and enterprise optimization platforms (e.g. Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Experience Platform, or similar MarTech systems).
  • Proven track record of driving personalization strategies across enterprise digital and omni-channel customer journeys, delivering measurable business and customer experience outcomes.
  • Strong experience leading A/B testing and Test & Learn programs, including test prioritization, execution, and applying insights to inform personalization and optimization decisions, in partnership with product, marketing, servicing, and analytics stakeholders within complex digital ecosystems.

Work Environment

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below):
$133,500.00 - $241,900.00
Full Salary Range for position:
California: $153,500.00 - $302,400.00
Colorado: $133,500.00 - $254,000.00
New York: $146,800.00 - $302,400.00
Washington: $140,100.00 - $278,200.00
Maryland: $140,100.00 - $266,100.00
Washington DC: $153,500.00 - $278,200.00
Illinois: $133,500.00 - $266,100.00
New Jersey: $153,500.00 - $278,200.00
Vermont: $133,500.00 - $241,900.00
Ohio: $133,500.00 - $241,900.00
Maine: $133,500.00 - $241,900.00
Connecticut: $146,800.00 - $266,100.00

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future from any employer or organization. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.
All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ("PSST") upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
