ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a self-starter Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for the customer and life safety to develop, implement, track and optimize our lead nurture, customer marketing, SEO, SEM, and account-based digital marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for the management of all marketing operations, digital platforms, and marketing automations, including developing strategies to: improve funnel conversion, support cross-sell and up-sell campaigns through customer marketing, track revenue attribution, increase website traffic, and optimize SEM and SEO campaigns. You will monitor performance and measure success of the campaigns to help achieve the marketing department’s revenue goals and KPIs. You will collaborate with customers, outside agencies, fellow members of the marketing team, and others to help build brand recognition. This is a fast paced and demanding role with high visibility within the company. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Lead digital marketing campaigns from the idea stage to execution and implementation
• Create and manage marketing automation workflows to support nurture campaigns for all stages of the sales and marketing funnel
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including lead nurture, customer marketing, and SEO/SEM
• Manage and maintain website and oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels
• Improve CertaSite’s SEO and Google rankings for target topics and audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Develop and monitor SEM campaign budgets
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide suggestions for adoption
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations
IDEAL QUALITIES
• Experience working in CRM to build/manage marketing automation workflows, HubSpot preferred
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, lead generation, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Working knowledge of and ability to implement SEO best practices, particularly technical SEO
• Demonstrable experience with writing schema and optimizing web page performance
• Experience identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., AdRoll, Listen Loop)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
• Experience creating and managing multichannel digital marketing campaigns and account-based marketing to reach marketing and business revenue goals
• Good at problem-solving and communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, grammar, and punctuation
• Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects
• Takes initiative, can work without supervision and begin tasks independently
