Job description

Purpose:

The Marketing Operations Manager implements Credent's marketing plan across Wealth Management and Advisor Solutions businesses. This role supports the firm's growth objectives through the execution of effective brand communication and targeted marketing initiatives. The Marketing Operations Manager is an execution-focused position requiring strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to independently identify and drive action items. This role is highly process-driven and is proactive in identifying opportunities to improve workflows and enhance output quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute quarterly strategic objectives set by Marketing Strategy Committee
  • Maintain brand consistency across Wealth Management and Advisor Solutions businesses
  • Execute client and advisor-focused marketing programs including collateral, events, and digital campaigns
  • Implement marketing action plans with measurable objectives and performance metrics
  • Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency across the team
  • Provide recommendations and insights based on internal observations and feedback
  • Manage content calendar and editorial strategy implementation
  • Oversee website enhancements that optimize conversion pathways
  • Support M&A communications and advisor transitions with appropriate messaging
  • Implement conference and micro-event programs and advisor marketing resources
  • Manage Credent's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Coordinate production and distribution of client-facing and advisor-facing video content
  • Maintain alignment between marketing initiatives and Credent's client experience
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide routine reporting on key metrics
  • Maintain compliance across all marketing programs
  • Direct supervision of marketing specialists
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors
  • Guide advisors on marketing best practices and available resources
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics, and email marketing systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial services marketing
  • Experience supporting both retail and B2B marketing initiatives

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
