Help optimize digital tools and processes to improve execution efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience. Support high-volume seasonal periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with flexibility around working hours when needed.

What You Bring 3+ years of experience in ecommerce site operations, site merchandising, digital operations, or a related field. Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders. Experience working with offshore teams and coordinating work across multiple time zones. Curious, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously. Ability to clearly communicate digital performance, issues, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders. Why This Role? Join a well-known global footwear retailer with a highly visible digital commerce organization.

Play a key role supporting the North American ecommerce experience across web and app. Gain exposure to global ecommerce operations and cross-functional teams. Help build scalable processes and ways of working within a growing global digital commerce organization.

Location & Schedule Hybrid โ€“ Denver, CO or Boston/Westwood, MA Approximately 2โ€“3 days per week onsite, with some flexibility given the global nature of the team. Standard business hours with occasional flexibility needed for global collaboration and peak ecommerce periods. 12-month contract opportunity with potential for longer-term growth based on performance and business needs.
