Occupational Summary:
Duke Women's Basketball seeks a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Digital Engagement and Strategy Coordinator to support the program's digital presence through content creation, social media, and storytelling. This position will serve as the primary day-to-day manager of the program's digital platforms, leading social media strategy and execution while helping drive audience growth, fan engagement, and brand development.

Social Media Management
• Assist in the day-to-day management of Duke Women's Basketball social media accounts.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across all digital platforms.
• Support game day and event day social media coverage.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of digital campaigns.
Content Creation
• Capture and create photo, video, and short-form content at practices, games, community events, and program activities.
• Assist in producing content that highlights student-athletes, coaches, alumni, and program culture.
• Edit content for social media, website, email, and promotional use.
• Identify creative storytelling opportunities throughout the season and offseason.
Engagement
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Assist with fan engagement initiatives and interactive content.
• Help strengthen the program's digital community through consistent and engaging storytelling.
• Work closely with communications, marketing, recruiting, creative services, and external relations staff.
• Support digital campaigns tied to ticket sales, special events, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
• Assist with other content and creative projects as assigned.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $45,661.00 to USD $73,140.00.
