Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Purpose: Responsible for managing paid media initiatives, website management, SEO optimization, analytics, and purchase order (PO) generation, providing comprehensive insights, and ensuring strategic alignment across digital platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Paid Search:

  • Optimize all paid media across multiple channels, including Google Ads, retargeting campaigns (Geofencing), and Feathr.
  • Negotiate and manage all paid media
  • Coordinate and manage the generation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) related to all paid media and marketing expenditures.

Website & SEO:

  • Manage and execute timely website updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.
  • Implement SEO optimization strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance data across social media, email campaigns, and the website.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to adjust and optimize digital campaigns effectively.
  • Deliver weekly updates on ad performance, including comprehensive post-show analytics and breakdowns.

Communications & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator on strategy and execution of paid social media, contributing analytical insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure digital communications comply with corporate identity guidelines and email regulations.
  • Continuously research best practices and implement improvements in digital marketing analytics and internal communication workflows.

Event Support:
