About the Role
We're hiring Account Managers to support our Account Directors in delivering exceptional client strategy, executing marketing campaigns, and driving results. You'll be the connector between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and the highest level of client satisfaction.

You're passionate about building strong client relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional work. Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Participate in weekly performance review meetings to share updates and strategic insights.

Strategic and Creative Collaboration
  • Partner with Account Directors to support the development and execution of client strategies.
  • Facilitate the creation of content and design briefs to launch new marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and oversight of organic social media strategies.
  • Provide support in interpreting and reporting on digital campaign performance.

Project and Task Coordination
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are accurately assigned and tracked in the project management system.
  • Regularly update the team on task and project status, proactively identifying any risks or delays.
  • Participate in weekly internal meetings with Account Directors and Project Managers to discuss planning and progress.

Campaign and Content Execution
  • Manage email marketing efforts, including uploading contact lists, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring results.
  • Coordinate website updates for clients, including posting blogs and other content.
  • Review and proof key deliverables such as emails, landing pages, and ad campaigns before presenting to clients.
  • Process client feedback and manage revisions through the project management platform.

Continuous Learning and Growth
  • Gain working knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms to better support campaign analysis.
  • Stay current on marketing best practices, tools, and B2B trends.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-paced work environment, with a strong desire to grow professionally.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years minimum experience in a B2B marketing agency setting (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and digital channels (social media, email, web).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of client stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms and digital marketing tools.
