OVERVIEW

Paramount Schools of Excellence is seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented Digital Marketing & Website Growth Manager to oversee website management, digital advertising, CRM operations, lead generation, and marketing technology initiatives across our network of schools.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads, website maintenance, plugin management, landing page creation, SEO, and digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, highly organized, and excited to help support enrollment growth through strategic digital marketing and website optimization.

We are looking for a forward-thinking candidate who embraces emerging technology and understands how AI-powered tools can improve marketing efficiency, content creation, workflow automation, analytics, and overall campaign performance.

This individual will play a key role in maintaining and improving our digital infrastructure while supporting future website and CRM migration initiatives. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be local to the Indianapolis, IN area. The position requires in‑office work two days per week, along with attending local events and visiting our school locations as part of regular responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the school website and landing pages
  • Perform routine website updates, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
  • Manage WordPress environments, including themes, plugins, integrations, and site performance
  • Support website migration projects and future CRM integrations
  • Build and optimize enrollment-focused landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Assist with Meta advertising campaigns and digital audience targeting
  • Manage HubSpot CRM workflows, forms, automations, reporting, and lead tracking
  • Monitor website analytics, enrollment conversion data, and campaign performance
  • Implement AEO/GEO/SEO best practices and assist with website optimization efforts
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools and solutions to improve marketing operations, content workflows, automation, and efficiency
  • Stay informed on emerging AI and digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with marketing, enrollment, and school leadership teams
  • Troubleshoot website, CRM, and marketing technology issues proactively
  • Help improve marketing systems, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems, Web Development, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, marketing operations, CRM administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress required
  • Experience managing WordPress plugins, themes, forms, and integrations required
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM strongly preferred
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns required
  • Experience with website migrations, CMS management, or CRM integrations preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, workflow automation, and emerging digital technologies preferred
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms preferred
  • Basic understanding of website troubleshooting, user experience, and lead conversion optimization preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
