We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem. This mid-senior role will focus on optimizing and expanding our digital platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes, improve user experience, and drive customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, the Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to define and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Strategy Execution: Own the product vision and roadmap for multiple digital platforms – website, mobile app, e-commerce booking engine, and chatbot – to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Development: Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories, defining features and functionalities to meet customer needs and business priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, design, content, and marketing teams to drive initiatives from conception to implementation. Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business requirements.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage analytics tools to gather customer insights, identify trends, and evaluate platform performance. Use data to inform product enhancements and optimize the user journey.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Lead efforts to improve conversion rates, increase revenue per transaction, and enhance the overall digital shopping experience.
  • User Experience Focus: Advocate for user-centric design principles across all digital touchpoints, working closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and seamless interfaces.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to milestones and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing regular updates on progress and results to key stakeholders.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce, travel, and hospitality to identify opportunities for innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the e-commerce or travel/hospitality industries.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful digital products.
  • Strong proficiency in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Optimizely), and content management systems (CMS).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Passion for creating exceptional digital experiences and a strong customer-first perspective.
