Role Description The Licensed Insurance Agent is a full-time remote role responsible for advising clients on insurance products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable coverage options, quoting and binding policies, and processing policy changes and renewals. The agent will respond to inquiries, provide dedicated customer service, and follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain strong relationships. This role also involves staying current with carrier guidelines, state regulations, and industry trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with team members to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications
