Labcorp is seeking a strategic, high-agency Product Manager to drive patient-facing digital experiences across Labcorp's ecosystem (web, mobile, and Patient Service Center experiences) in Durham, NC.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime required as needed

This role contributes to overall product strategy and leads the translation of that strategy into clear product vision, design, and execution. You will serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders within your application area, ensuring alignment between business goals, patient needs, and delivered product outcomes.

You will think holistically about the patient experience while balancing operational efficiency, leveraging data, insights, and market awareness to guide decisions and deliver meaningful value.

Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision
  • Contribute to product strategy and vision aligned to enterprise and patient experience goals
  • Support development and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned to that strategy
  • Translate strategy into clear product concepts, designs, and execution plans informed by data, user insights, and market analysis
Patient-Centered Product Design
  • Champion a patient-first mindset and design intuitive, accessible, end-to-end experiences
  • Incorporate patient, operational, and business insights along with competitive and market best practices
Execution & Delivery
  • Lead translation of product vision into detailed designs for execution teams
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver intended experience and business value at pace
  • Prepare and present product concepts, designs, and recommendations to drive stakeholder alignment
Data, Metrics & Performance
  • Define and own KPIs tied to patient engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes
  • Use performance data to inform prioritization, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
Stakeholder Communication
  • Communicate product direction, decisions, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Gather requirements, explain tradeoffs, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Market & Industry Insight
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends, consumer technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product direction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of experience in a Product Manager role working with complex digital products

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to product strategy and translating strategy into execution
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical and non-technical concepts clearly
