Digital Consultant (Bilingual French/English)
Shift Digital is the leader in digital marketing program optimization. This position is an entry-level role within Shift Digital with many opportunities for advancement. In this role you will be exposed to client management and Shift Digital's proprietary technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide support in French and English for dealerships enrolled in the Dealer Digital Program
  • Build relationships with dealership clients remotely via phone and email
  • Communicate digital program expertise to clients
  • Work with certified vendors to process dealership requests such as enrollments, cancellations, or upgrades
  • Draw key insights from analytics to make product and service recommendations
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges on behalf of clients
  • Manage and maintain brand compliance standards
  • Attend weekly account status meetings to provide updates from Dealer Support team
  • Complete digital health assessments and program growth outreaches as needed
  • Log client information in Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate with account team to troubleshoot issues, provide reporting, and update client records
  • Brief field team members on client history on an as needed basis
  • Meet tight deadlines
  • Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion

Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Fluency in French Canadian dialect is a requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Focus in Marketing, Business, or Communications are preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (Marketing, Communications, or Automotive) OR experience in an internship or on-campus organization
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Comfortable working with unfamiliar technology related to the digital space (ie Salesforce, Lead Management Tools, Websites, etc)
  • An ability to work independently but also be a team player
  • Time management skills and organization
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
