UPMC Corporate Marketing is hiring a Digital Engagement Specialist I to join our team at the US Steel Tower! ย This role will work Monday through Friday during standard daylight hours. ย The position will have a hybrid schedule with two days in the office.
The Digital Engagement Specialist I is an entry-level practitioner supporting Salesforce-based email and SMS programs. The role assists with segmentation builds, asset QA, and sends execution under guidance. As well as being part of the Digital Engagement career ladder, with responsibilities and scope increasing progressively from Specialist to Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
Build and QA email/SMS assets and schedules in SFMC (templates, audiences, test sends).ย 
Execute campaign sends, complete checklists, and document approvals for compliance.ย 
Run basic performance pulls (e.g., delivery, open, click, bounce) and surface insights to the team.ย 
Maintain process documentation and support intake, ticketing, and calendaring workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.ย 
One year of CRM or digital engagement experience (internships acceptable) preferred.ย 
Experience with digital media, email, salesforce or analytics is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable ESP; strong attention to detail and QA mindset. Foundational understanding of data privacy and HIPAA-aligned communication practices.
