Summary/Objectives
The Digital Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the company's loyalty program and digital customer engagement channels, including the mobile app, email marketing, push notifications, online ordering, and website. This role partners with internal teams and external technology providers to build, launch, test, optimize, troubleshoot, and measure digital campaigns and customer experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and sales.
Responsibilities
  • Set up, test, deploy and troubleshoot loyalty offers, promotions, customer triggers and targeted campaigns within our loyalty platform.
  • Work closely with the company's loyalty provider to ensure offers and campaigns are configured and launched accurately.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other internal teams to validate offer performance, reconcile reporting and measure campaign results.
  • Own day-to-day mobile app updates, including graphics, promotional content, menu-item catalogs and other customer-facing information.
  • Partner with Creative and IT teams to improve the mobile app's user experience, functionality and visual presentation.
  • Support online ordering updates and ensure menu items, pricing, images and promotional content display correctly.
  • Build, stage, test and deploy customer emails, including audience segmentation, personalization and A/B testing.
  • Create, schedule and test push notifications and other app-based customer communications.
  • Manage routine content and promotional updates on the company's website.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing across loyalty, mobile app, email, website and online-ordering experiences before campaign launch.
  • Monitor digital campaigns and platforms, identify issues and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support targeted campaigns designed to increase loyalty registration, engagement, retention, visits and sales.
  • Create and manage customer surveys, analyze responses and help translate findings into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain consistent brand experience across all loyalty and digital marketing channels.
  • Stay current on digital marketing, loyalty, mobile app and customer-experience best practices.
  • Support broader Marketing department initiatives as needed.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, loyalty marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing or supporting customer loyalty programs, CRM platforms, or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, mobile app content management, website content management systems (CMS), or marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting, analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement is a plus.
