      Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

             Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital

             marketing.

             Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

  • Client Relationship Management:

             Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

             Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Sales Pipeline and Execution:

             Develop and implement effective sales pipeline actions and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored engineered solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

             Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to meet customer expectations and ensure seamless execution.

             Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and develop action plans.

  • Reporting and Performance Tracking:

             Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

             Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Skills:
