This internship supports the Human Resources Department, which serves the global Church workforce and HR professionals. Responsibilities include:
- Publishing digital content
- Reviewing and organizing existing digital content
- Developing messaging branding and styles
- Finalize approvals to use content on a global scale
- Working with various subject matter experts to create and manage content
The intern will report to the HR Publishing Services Product Manager. This role provides valuable exposure to HR functions and opportunities to work closely with HR Representatives and employees. - Duration: Full-time, 1-year internship - Location: Salt Lake City, UT (multiple in-office days per week required) - Benefits: Basic medical benefits provided
Responsibilities
- Complete project tasks as assigned by the HR Publishing Services Product Manager
- Collaborate regularly with HR process owners and broader HR professionals
- Organize meetings with process owners and internal service providers
- Audit exiting published content for organizational fit and alignment
- Write content for digital channels including SharePoint, Emails, Articles and internal Signage
- Provide usage reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program or graduated within the last 12 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with limited supervision
- Strong task prioritization, tracking, and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Alignment with Church values and ability to reflect them in a professional setting
- Customer service experience preferred
- SharePoint or other Content Management Platform experience preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
