Job Summary

Centella is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Digital Content Creator to support MarCom priorities across content production, brand materials, and event marketing support. This role is a specialist-level individual contributor designed to strengthen how Centella supports the sales organization, reinforces Brand Equity, and delivers consistent, high-quality marketing output. The ideal candidate combines creative capability with strong follow-through and is someone who can translate direction into polished deliverables while maintaining consistency, organization, and attention to detail. This role requires comfort operating in an environment where priorities and workload may shift, and where reliability and adaptability are critical to maintaining momentum across MarCom initiatives.
 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

  • Create high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including presentations, sales support assets, social media content, and campaign collateral 
  • Capture and edit photo and video content to support brand storytelling, recruitment efforts, and campaign execution.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content across channels, including social, web, email, and internal communications.
  • Develop, write, and manage blog content to support SEO, thought leadership, and sales enablement initiative.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders or external vendors to produce blog content, ensuring alignment to brand voice and business priority.
  • Ensure all outputs align with Centella’s brand voice, visual standards, and quality expectations.

Social Media Strategy & Community Management

  • Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned to campaign priorities, brand initiatives, and sales support needs.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and optimize content across Centella platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Support ongoing social media strategy by identifying content themes, opportunities, and performance insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, including monitoring comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content and ensure consistent storytelling across channels.

Sales & Campaign Support

  • Develop content and materials that help the sales team communicate clearly and engage prospects across equipment and service offerings.
  • Translate campaign direction into executable assets and deliverables, supporting timelines and coordination.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to produce materials that directly support revenue-generating activities.

Event Marketing & Logistics Support

  • Support execution of event-related marketing needs, including tradeshows, customer engagements, and internal initiatives.
  • Coordinate production of event materials such as signage, presentations, and collateral.
  • Assist with logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure readiness and quality execution
  • Capture content at events for post-event marketing and ongoing brand use.

Vendor Coordination & Production Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, video production partners, print vendors, agencies, blog/content contributors) to support content and campaign execution.
  • Help scope deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure outputs meet Centella quality standards.
  • Review vendor work for accuracy, brand alignment, and completeness before final delivery.
  • Support efficient use of vendor resources by clearly defining needs, reducing rework, and maintaining organized communication.

Execution & Operational Reliability

  • Operate as a dependable MarCom production partner, consistently delivering high-quality assets on time.
  • Manage multiple requests and projects with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and files to support team accessibility and efficiency.
  • Flag risks or gaps early when timelines, inputs, or quality may be impacted.

AI-Enabled Content & Workflow Efficiency

  • Leverage AI tools to support content drafting, variation generation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining full ownership of final quality and brand alignment. 
  • Use AI to accelerate production without compromising accuracy, clarity, or consistency of messaging.
  • Apply sound judgment in when and how to use AI, ensuring outputs are reviewed, refined, and appropriate for internal and external audiences. 
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve speed and efficiency of MarCom production through thoughtful use of tools and processes. 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Experience with video capture and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across multiple formats.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining quality and follow-through.
  • Experience working with external vendors or agencies is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
