About the role

This role partners with global leaders to enable and accelerate enterprisewide transformation initiatives. The position drives the successful adoption of strategic global programs by leading structured change management efforts across processes, technology, and organizational design. The Global Change Management Analyst collaborates closely with all levels within Insight to deliver sustainable change by reducing friction, addressing resistance, and maximizing teammate engagement and adoption. 

As a Global Change Manager you will:

  • Apply a structured, datadriven change management methodology and lead endtoend change activities
  • Define and execute adoption strategies aligned to business outcomes for programs and initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and execute integrated deliverables across key change levers, including communications, sponsorship, leadership coaching, training, resistance management and support
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to evaluate organizational, rolebased, and process impacts

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited fouryear college or university with five or more years of relevant experience in change management, communications, training, or business transformation within a large, global organization. Demonstrated success delivering complex, crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Experience supporting ERP or largescale technology transformations (e.g., Workday implementations) strongly preferred.
  • In addition, competency in enabling change management that leverages AI to accelerate that change.  .
