WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a Change Management Lead to partner with senior stakeholders at a leading media and entertainment client to drive adoption of a modernized, scalable data platform. You'll bring strong executive presence and influencing skills, using high emotional intelligence and organizational awareness to challenge norms and move decisions forward without formal authority. You're a confident communicator and facilitator who can align diverse groups and translate change impacts into clear, actionable direction. Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformation in complex enterprises is strongly preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will build and deliver clear, audience-specific communications that support the change journey and reinforce adoption of new ways of working. You'll partner with internal business stakeholders to coordinate communication workstreams, prioritize messages, and maintain a communications calendar to ensure timely, consistent delivery. You will draft, edit, and disseminate both individual and project-related updates using established tools and methods, applying sound judgment and discretion as needed. You'll also ensure communications are accurate and aligned to the client's values and business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Project management experience that includes attention to detail.
  • Relationship management and demonstrated ability to work with associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential communications.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Business writing experience.
  • Metrics/data analysis experience.
  • Experience with process improvement.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Prosci Change Management certification preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and execute a Change Management Plan.
  • Build a Change Management Toolkit.
  • Develop and monitor a communications project plan to include the appropriate communications to raise awareness, build momentum, and communicate key messages around the change.
  • Conduct a Change Impact Assessment to track the effectiveness of the Change to include reports for review and presentation by senior Leadership.
  • Continue to build knowledge of the industry and the communications discipline. Develops knowledge of new approaches to communication that will enhance performance and enable the organization to work smarter, more efficiently, and more effectively.
  • Evaluate the opportunity to build and lead a Change Champion Network upon assessment of stakeholders.
  • Assess the need for appropriate training and develop a high-level training plan as needed.
  • Develop a sustainable plan that can continue to be reinforced with accompanying activities to support all efforts following the change going into effect.
  • Reviews and consolidates metric reporting for assessment by more senior professionals to ensure alignment of communications materials and their effectiveness against departmental goals/strategies. May work with internal stakeholders to support communications campaign effectiveness tracking. Drafts reports for review and presentation by senior professionals.
