Job description

Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a digital marketing professional to develop and execute the Paid Social marketing activation strategy for Anthropologie Group brands-Anthropologie, Anthropologie Home, Anthropologie Weddings, and Terrain. This highly cross-functional role partners closely with teams across marketing, creative, and analytics, requiring strong collaboration, curiosity, and a balance of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking.

We are seeking a Paid Social Media Coordinator who knows how to execute within paid social channels while providing optimization recommendations and creative direction. This role will support day-to-day campaign execution and work closely with partners across paid digital channels, creative, merchandising, and ad tech stakeholders to align channel and business growth goals.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. It is critical that you are curious, organized, a self-starter, and proactive in your approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, excited to test and learn, and motivated to grow their skills while contributing to the success of Anthropologie Group's paid social campaigns.

Role Responsibilities
  • Work under the Manager and Specialist of Paid Social, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to incorporate the business vision into paid social programs.
  • Own and execute full-cycle direct response paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other emerging social channels.
  • Build, launch, and QA ads in-platform, ensuring accuracy across all required aspects.
  • Assist in identifying performance trends and compiling insights to support optimizations and future testing.
  • Partner closely with Influencer teams to organize and execute user-generated content (UGC) across platforms while providing creative best practices.
  • Translate marketing and creative briefs into campaign execution, mid-campaign optimizations, and hindsight reporting & analysis.
  • Help define and provide creative specification best practices and needs for owned and influencer content.
  • Monitor and optimize awareness and traffic campaigns alongside strategies to drive profitable demand and support business priorities.
  • Recap campaign and creative performance with actionable insights.
  • Recommend new ideas, test concepts, and execution strategies monthly to support overarching business goals.
  • Stay curious and continuously learn platform updates, best practices, and new opportunities within paid social.
Role Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in paid social performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms and at least one of the following tools: Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Business, or TikTok for Business.
  • High degree of project management skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and concepts.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues, as well as implementing strategies to solve problems.
  • Experience drawing conclusions from campaign results and crafting presentations to showcase performance trends and insights.
  • Experience analyzing and pulling data directly from platforms.
  • Ability to implement advanced automation and process solutions to help drive efficiencies of scale.
  • Willingness to contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and eager to support opportunities that drive the business.
  • Embody a "fail fast" mentality by developing tests and iterating on learnings across platforms, creative formats, messaging, and audiences.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and assisting with creative briefing is a plus!
