Pay Rate: $30-$32/hour
Position Description:
Join a dynamic team in Madison, Alabama, as a Die Maintenance Team Member supporting innovative automotive manufacturing. In this full-time role, you will be integral to the production process, performing die maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include operating machining and welding equipment, interpreting blueprints and technical instructions, and maintaining die tooling. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying solutions to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime is essential.
Top Requirements:
  • 2-year associate degree in a related field, Journeyman certification, or 4 years of equivalent work experience/training
  • Experience in tool and die maintenance, troubleshooting, and die tooling repair
  • Proficiency in operating machining and welding equipment, including milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and cranes/hoists
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to interpret specifications and measure die parts accurately
