Job description

The is a business to business sales role with Diamond Dotz!ย Youโ€™re going to be talking to customers. A lot. Youโ€™ll sort out their issues and leave them delighted, because youโ€™re brilliant at customer service and have a keen eye for seeking out sales opportunities.

Building relationships with new and existing stakeholders will be key. Some leads are provided, however prospecting for new business will be central to the role โ€“ at least in the beginning.

Youโ€™ll get a great understanding of our products and pitch them to new and existing buyers. Youโ€™ll bring out the benefit of our products and be comfortable presenting them to anyone from senior execs, small business owners and to junior buyers.

You will attend trade shows and identify opportunities to promote the brand and its products.

Ultimately, the role is about taking orders and growing market share.

Coordinating sales with internal staff and marketing.

Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities

ยท Generate and qualify leads via phone and email

ยท Schedule product presentations

ยท Promote products/services to new and existing customers

ยท Champion new marketing/sales collateral and suggest promotions

ยท Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers

Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications
