Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Trust Services programs for DGX Cloud. DGX Cloud powers large-scale AI infrastructure across NVIDIA, cloud service providers, and NVIDIA Cloud Partners, making trust, integrity, and operational resilience critical to customer success. This role will drive the program structure needed to ensure we are running our infrastructure in known-good configurations across firmware, platform, and runtime environments. The work sits at the intersection of trust services, infrastructure security, product security, compliance, engineering execution, and partner readiness. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on turning trust and security requirements into clear roadmaps and execution plans..

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Trust Services programs across DGXCloud, including program charter, PLC execution, roadmap, achievements, risks, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, DevOps, CSPs, and NCPs to establish and implement trust service standards across firmware, platform, and software teams.

  • Establish program structure through Jira, Confluence, roadmap artifacts, operating rhythms, dashboards, and governance reviews.

  • Coordinate development and rollout plans across partners and customers, ensuring clear signals that services are operating in a known-good state.

  • Build executive-ready updates, risk summaries, and decision materials that clarify scope, ownership, progress, blockers, and customer impact.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of technical program management experience driving complex infrastructure, trust services, security, compliance, or software engineering programs in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional trust, security, risk, compliance, or platform programs across cloud IaaS, SaaS, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineering.

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure trust and security concepts such as attestation, firmware/platform integrity, access control, vulnerability management, patching, and secrets management.

  • Experience driving programs through formal product or software lifecycle processes, including scope definition, requirements, roadmap planning, execution tracking, and release readiness.

  • Ability to bring together Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and partner teams around shared requirements, ownership, key achievements, and measurable outcomes.

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and program artifacts used to manage execution, governance, and audit readiness.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and compliance topics for senior collaborators.

  • MS in EE, CS, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with GPU infrastructure, confidential computing, device trust, firmware security, or hardware/software trust models.

  • Working knowledge of major cloud platforms.

  • Experience using automation, telemetry, and dashboards to improve compliance operations and trust posture.
