Role : ARAS Senior Technical Lead

Location :  Marysville Ohio
 

Role Overview

As an ARAS Senior Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade PLM solutions using ARAS Innovator. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of PLM fundamentals to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development
    • Architect and implement ARAS PLM solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Define workflows, lifecycles, and data models; ensure integration with ERP, MES, and CAD systems.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead development teams for greenfield implementations and upgrades.
    • Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.
  • Customization & Integration
    • Customize ARAS Innovator using C#, .NET, JavaScript, XML, AML, and SQL.
    • Drive data migration and integration activities using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
    • Work closely with business teams, IT, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
    • Document architecture decisions and maintain technical standards.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 4+ years in ARAS Innovator PLM.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, XML, SQL Server.
    • Expertise in PLM workflows, engineering change management, and lifecycle processes.
  • PLM Fundamentals:
    • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management concepts and best practices.
  • Tools & Platforms:
    • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and ERP/MES/CAD integration.
 

Preferred Skills

  • ARAS Certified Professional (ACP).
  • Experience with other PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
