This is an onsite role in Plymouth, MN Monday - Friday


As an Operations Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful injection molding projects from kickoff through completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and drive execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and exceed customer expectations.


In this customer-facing role, you will develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, serving as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as the key link between customers, account managers, and internal teams, you will proactively manage project progress, solve challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and drive operational excellence will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.


What You Will Do:

  • Works independently under general direction assuming primary responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering project activities through the entire project life cycle

  • Creates and executes work plans for projects of moderate scope and complexity

  • Plan and schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools

  • Partner with internal team members to manage and execute multiple client projects simultaneously in a variety of stages with a strong focus on timely execution and overall work quality.

  • Be the point of contact for customers (internal and external) to reach out to with any questions during the project

  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to responsible parties.

  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in an expedient fashion

  • Reviews project deliverables prepared by team for clients.

  • Enhances lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to ensure projects are delivered on-time.

  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

  • Continuously leverage relationships with key team members and stakeholders in support of business/project needs. Lead by example and foster collaboration and commitment to teamwork

  • Be a trusted partner to key team members and stakeholders, acting as the hub of information and driving transparency and clarity

  • Communicate project statuses and upcoming milestone dates to all stakeholders and alert management of potential conflicting priorities and potential resolutions

  • Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment

  • Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing, and quality) for the planning and execution of the projects

  • Coordination with the client’s team (project manager, procurement, engineering), to ascertain schedule objectives are met and provide a positive customer experience.

  • Conducting post-mortem review and lessons learned for future projects

  • Report non-conformances and initiate internal quality cases as necessary

  • Facilitate the resources needed to reach project goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

  • Perform kick off/project completion calls with customers and staff

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • Strong written communication, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including manufacturing, product managers, clients, and other internal departments

  • Ability to bring project to successful completion

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment

wage, as well as other earnings including incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary depending on
multiple factors which may include, without limitation, job function, work experience, specialized skills, training,
education, and certifications.
