WinWire is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives supporting omnichannel engagement capabilities across teams.
Skills / Experience
  • 8 + Years of experience in IT or Business Project Management experience with strong understanding of Omnichannel Engagement strategies in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech industry.
  • Experience, knowledge of customer engagement journeys, channel orchestration, digital campaigns, customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement measurement
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams; Strong project planning, governance, and delivery management skills
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving business and technology stakeholders
  • Life Sciences / Commercial Operations / Digital Engagement / Omnichannel Enablement
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
