Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a role that offers flexibility and a supportive team environment? We are seeking a professional like you to join our growing team at Bloomcare Therapy. This unique position, which can be either full-time or part-time, focuses on providing speech and language services to children with autism. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children develop communication skills and is eager to work collaboratively with families and other professionals to support meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized speech and language treatment plans tailored to children with autism.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy in clinic, home, and community-based settings.
  • Implement interventions to support functional communication, language development, social communication, and alternative communication systems (e.g., AAC).
  • Provide caregiver education and coaching to support skill generalization at home.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and case managers to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor client progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Minnesota SLP license.
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and family-centered care.
